(Customer) "Are you switching my utility company?"

(Agents Rebuttal) "Absolutely not Ma'am/Sir, we're just updating the supply services in the area. We do not represent the utility company, they're responsible for the delivery of the service and bill itself. We're only responsible for the supply rate and charges on the bill. So, no Ma'am/Sir we are not switching your supplier under any circumstances."

(Customer) "What happens if my rate increases after the term?"

(Agents Rebuttal) "I totally understand your concerns. To make sure that that does not happen, we're setting an appointment to come back at a scheduled date. It's going to be on the same schedule date as your neighbors to ensure that your rates stay down below the high utility rates."

(Customer) I'm not interested.

(Agents Rebuttal) " I completely understand many of your neighbors felt the same way until they realized how much they could save on their monthly bills. It only takes a few minutes to see if you qualify to have your supplier overcharges and have them removed."

(Customer) "The last time I did this my bill was low for a couple months and then it went high."(Agents Rebuttal) "Exactly, that's why they sent us out because they were getting a lot of complaints about the same thing you're complaining about. They want us just to see if you have the supplier over charges like many of your neighbors in the area. If you do, we're just going to remove them. That way your next billing cycle won't come in as high."
